The staff made our May 16-17 stay under the 36-hour promo feel special. We booked four rooms, 209, 509, 909 and 1704, and Rushmika from the morning reception team kindly upgraded every room from a Classic Studio to a 1BR unit. A lovely surprise. The guard on duty, the 8AM housekeeping staff, and the next day team were also great. Thanks to Helen, Farhan and the housekeepers who cleaned and checked that we were comfortable. Everyone was friendly, professional and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back.

Helen, Shamsul, Thii and Augustine made my stay at Grand Heights Hotel Dubai feel personal. They were kind and attentive every day, and always ready to help. Their care made everything smooth and relaxing. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, in a convenient spot for visiting Dubai for work or a holiday. Staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived. I’d happily recommend it and look forward to returning.

We had a lovely week here for my birthday. Our room on the 17th floor had a good city view, and the location worked well for us. The metro station is about a 20-minute walk, and hotel staff can order a taxi; Careem and Bolt are options too, with cars coming to the door. There’s also a small mini market about five minutes away for essentials. The place was clean and tidy, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff were lovely and attentive. A pleasant stay.

I spent six weeks here and would gladly return. It’s clean and welcoming, with excellent security, and the rooms have what you need for a long stay, including well-appointed kitchens with washing machines. Helen and Henry at reception were efficient and courteous. Thanks to them.
