The staff were quick, helpful, and excellent throughout. When my car key broke, they went out of their way to help me get it fixed. Real professionals. Huge thanks to Anas and Shaukat for such great hospitality. Can't wait to return, and I'll recommend the hotel to all my friends!

The building is in a quiet, uncrowded spot, with a grocery store right next door. The metro is within walking distance, though we also liked having the shuttle. Imran, our driver, was helpful and polite, and so were the other staff. The delivery robot is a fun new addition to the team, always prompt and ready 😁 Rooms are a good size and well maintained. The DIY laundry was really convenient compared with other hotels, and there's a game room too. I'll definitely book again!

The shuttle to Al Furjan metro station was comfy, and Imran was an accommodating driver. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. For a one-night stay, the clean, comfortable, well-kept room and convenient location had everything I needed. A really pleasant visit, I'll come back and recommend it 😍🥰💋

Saeed made the shuttle ride to and from Al Furjan metro station a pleasure. He was courteous, attentive, and gave first-class service with a smile. The hotel's shuttle was incredibly convenient. My one-night stay at Resivation Hotel was perfect. The staff did everything they could to make me comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and a relaxing feel. I had a small problem with the TV, but IT technician Kamal fixed it quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated his friendly, professional manner.

Thanks to Loay, Anas, Osama, and Amal at reception for being so welcoming, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Imran and Shaukat from the baggage team were prompt and careful with my luggage as well. The whole team made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Their kindness and efficiency stood out. Highly recommended!
