Arafat, our room attendant, did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, organized, and comfortable to return to after a long day. His kindness, attention to detail, and positive attitude really stood out, and it was clear he takes pride in his work. We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Dubai. The hotel is beautiful and modern, in a great location, with excellent facilities, great restaurants, and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff across the property were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable experience. The staff were professional, welcoming, respectful, and accommodating, and made us feel valued. Our room was spacious, luxurious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with amazing views of the sea and Dubai skyline. The restaurants, pool, beach access, lounges, and entertainment areas were all outstanding and well maintained. There’s a mix of relaxing luxury, music, nightlife, fine dining, and beach vibes. A great destination for a staycation, celebration, holiday, or memorable international trip. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and memories.

I’m staying here now and love the hotel. The staff are friendly and professional, and Abu Said from housekeeping has really made our stay. He looks after our room, cleans it thoroughly, and is always polite, professional, and upbeat. Thank you, Abu, for everything you’ve done to make us comfortable.
