Robin Beach Hostel JBR

PAM deserves a huge shout-out. She made me feel at home, helped me through the stay, and is the reason I booked this hotel. She even called before my flight to tell me I’d left my other phone in the room. I’m really grateful for her care and help. I keep coming back to Dubai and this hotel because the staff are so warm and genuinely caring. You can feel how much they appreciate their guests, and it really touched me. It’s my birthday today, and that small, sweet surprise moved me so much I cried happy tears. I’ll remember that moment for the rest of my life. I’m grateful for you and for people like you. The team were helpful and friendly, and happily arranged for our family members who joined later to stay on the same floor. The rooms were clean and in good condition, and the showers and bathrooms were great. We skipped breakfast, though the spread looked generous and good. There’s a juice and coffee bar in the lobby too. The hotel is just across the road from the beach, and they provide beach towels, a mat, and umbrellas for free. It’s a lovely hotel in a great spot. The spa was expensive, and the treatments weren’t among the best I’ve had, so I’d give it a miss and look elsewhere in Dubai for a massage. I’ll definitely return to the hotel and would recommend it and its staff as good value.

Janette at reception was so kind and sweet, and helped with everything we needed. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a really nice stay at Beach Walk Hotel, and everything was enjoyable. Highly recommend!
