Rolla Suites Hotel

Getting around was easy from Rolla Suites Hotel, with shops, restaurants, and public transport close by. My room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping kept it neat each day. The bed was cozy, so I slept well throughout my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful right from arrival, and check-in was quick and smooth. The amenities covered what I needed for a relaxing visit. It felt like good value for the comfort, cleanliness, and service. I'd recommend it and would be glad to return.

We checked out after finding three bed bugs ourselves, and the room was unbearably hot, almost suffocating. This was still unresolved on May 9, 2026, despite our complaints over several hours after just four hours in the hotel. Reception ignored us, and when I showed them the video, they said it wasn't their room. Funny. They later asked why we hadn't requested a room change, though we had been calling and complaining without getting proper action. The staff's failure to respond shouldn't be blamed on us. A very bad stay, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel, especially because of the male receptionist's poor service.

After a 12-hour work shift, I was left waiting outside for two hours because management wouldn't be reasonable. I work in a Front Desk department and have never seen such a lack of empathy or hospitality. I regret staying at Rolla Suite Hotel and won't return. If you expect respectful, professional service, look elsewhere. I'm a returning guest and had already stayed several days, but the service, cleanliness, and management behavior were unacceptable. When I tried to extend through MakeMyTrip, front office manager Ms. Salama was dismissive and negligent, changing her request from a Booking ID to a PNR and speaking rudely. Even after agreeing to a 1:00 PM checkout, housekeeping kept coming to pressure us to leave, and they wouldn't allow even a 30-minute grace period for late checkout. At check-in, receptionist Mr. Hamza and Ms. Salama refused my booking because it said Sona TP, using my initials, while my Emirates ID showed my full name. I explained these were my legal initials and father's name, but they didn't help. Ms. Salama said it "wasn't personal" instead of finding a solution. Mr. Aakash from MakeMyTrip was excellent and professional, and only after he intervened did the hotel honor the booking. Even while the MMT agent was on the phone, Ms. Salama was rude and wouldn't communicate effectively.

We couldn't stay at the property after the situation was handled so poorly, but we were still charged. It was stressful and disappointing, and I expected basic courtesy and support. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Other properties treat guests with more respect and care. We visited recently, and the front desk felt unprofessional and unwelcoming from the start. On 22.02.2026, the front office lady and male receptionist on duty were rude and arrogant, with no proper greeting, smile, or willingness to help. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. When we raised concerns, they were dismissive and disrespectful rather than calm or solution-oriented. Their tone and body language showed little professionalism or basic hospitality. This was one of my most unpleasant hotel stays. Worst receptionist and front desk lady I've ever seen.
