Rose Plaza Hotel Al Barsha

I needed somewhere near work, and staying here saved me transport time and money. It was peaceful and quiet for my two days. The room and bathroom were clean and good. Whenever I called for bathroom cleaning, even at night, they came, cleaned, and brought fresh, hot towels. The food was a little pricey for the small portions. Welcome and service were excellent. An Indian male receptionist greeted me and explained everything politely and in detail, thanks to him. Parking was good, though I had to park the car myself since there was no valet. The TV had plenty of channel options.

Musharaf made breakfast particularly enjoyable. He was attentive, professional, and caring, and handled small delays gracefully so we still felt looked after. I hope management recognizes his effort. The rooms were well maintained and the hotel was conveniently close to public transport and key attractions. We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay, made even better by the hospitality.

The hotel itself was fine, but check-in left a bad impression. The staff member who checked me in spoke in a disgusting tone. I felt he was judging and looking down on people based on nationality, and his attitude and facial expressions made it seem like he didn't care about guests, only whether they paid. This complaint is about the staff member at the check-in counter. (18.05.2026)

Avijit kept things running smoothly and checked in at the right moments without intruding. He was polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit, and made sure we were looked after. A pleasant experience thanks to his service.
