Having a grocery store in the building and being close to Dubai Mall made it easy to shop, eat, and get around the city. The breakfast had a nice range and tasted good, and we appreciated the unlimited glass bottled water and coffee delivered to our room. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. Lifeguard MD Hosen was especially professional and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and taking guest safety seriously. Thanks, Rove Hotel, for a comfortable, memorable visit. We’ll stay again next time we’re in Dubai!

At 300 Dhs a night with breakfast, the value was amazing when I visited in June 2026. The location works especially well if you have a car, with direct access to SZR and Al Khail road, and free self parking. You can also walk to Dubai Mall: head to the Zabeel mall entrance, about 3 minutes away, then take the indoor bridge. The hotel is thoughtfully designed with what you need. Rooms are around 18-20m2, with a comfortable mattress, desk, TV, and small chair or sofa. Downstairs there’s a 24h convenience supermarket with good prices, plus TGIF, where breakfast is served. Good food, staff, and dishes. There’s a nice open space to sit, work, or relax, individual phone booths and rentable meeting rooms on the first floor, plus a nice swimming pool and good gym. The staff were friendly and attentive, thanks to Mohamed. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

The location was handy, close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, and the room was comfortable. My partner and I felt relaxed in the clean, modern hotel, with its welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. The staff were helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and we especially appreciated their service and the calm surroundings. We had a memorable stay at Rove Downtown and would happily recommend it to couples, families, or anyone wanting a comfortable place in Dubai. We hope to return soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The downstairs convenience store was a nice extra, and The Dubai Mall is just a short walk away, about 7-10 minutes. We got a great rate and had a wonderful stay, with good amenities and service. The location is hard to beat. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

We had a lovely room overlooking Burj Khalifa and the pool, and Manager Arshad and his team made us feel very welcome. Kisor and Hamed deserve a special mention for their great service. The amenities and pool area were wonderful for relaxing, and it was convenient to walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa building. We’ll recommend the hotel to friends and family in Canada.
