Olex made breakfast feel like being welcomed into his own home. His energy, personal touch, and attention to detail made it another VIP experience, while the food was made extra special by the service. Bob at reception also helped Alex with his school assignment and paperwork, and Donna looked after us so attentively at dinner. Room service even surprised Alex with a birthday cake. We spent just one night at Rove JBR for our son’s 8 years old Birthday, and he absolutely loved it. Everyone was kind from check-in through checkout. We loved our whole 24-hour stay. Huge thanks to the people who designed the hotel and the team delivering such thoughtful service. With love, Poulton Family.

We’ve stayed with Rove twice now. Our first visit was at Rove La Mer Beach, which had a lovely design and relaxed feel. At Rove JBR, the location is right opposite The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, with a fantastic beach nearby for swimming, plus showers and beach bars. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning modern, and the air felt fresh. Breakfast was superb, with food served fresh and individually in a Swedish buffet style. The chef was excellent, and I loved that breakfast ran until 12:00. The whole team worked well together and were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Special thanks to Olex, Nurzhan, Chef Rambo, and reception team members Shared and Anthony. Mr. Max’s leadership shows in the team he’s built and the management across the hotel. And thanks to CEO Paul for creating such good hotels. Well done, Rove team, keep rowing!

Chan was especially helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The whole staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to assist, and the service was excellent from check-in to checkout. We had an amazing time at Rove Hotel JBR and will definitely return.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was both peaceful and close to everything. Our room was spotless, and the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. Chan, Diana, Sahed, Bharat, and Anthony were especially thoughtful, friendly, and professional, taking care of every detail. We had an amazing stay from beginning to end and would highly recommend the hotel for its comfort, quality, and hospitality. Can’t wait to come back 🥰💞🫶🏾😊

The rooftop has a nice, fairly large swimming pool, and access to Cove beach resort is a real game changer, just a 5-minute walk away. We loved it all and will come back next time we’re in Dubai. The rooms are big and felt like home. Everyone on staff was great and ready to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious, with the restaurant guys serving literally what you want. Thanks to Habibur, Olex, and all the restaurant team.
