Mr. Fahad from housekeeping was always there when we needed water, room cleaning, or other assistance. He was punctual, professional, and ready to help with a smile. The rooms at Hotel Royal Continental Suites in Business Bay are spacious, clean, hygienic, and well maintained, making them comfortable for a long stay. The hotel is in a beautiful area just behind the canal, with direct access to enjoy the canal views from the hotel. I’d highly recommend it for an extended stay in Dubai, and would gladly stay again when I visit. Five stars from me.

After staying at Royal Continental Suites for 3 months with my sister, RCS has become our standard when we book other hotels. The staff are professional and helpful, and they handle queries quickly. Our rooms were very clean, and I especially want to give full stars to the cleaning attendants, Aye and Soe, for their amazing service. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel.
