Royal prestige Hotel

A special thanks to Mostafa, Soliman, and the whole team for making my stay so memorable. Their attention to detail and dedication made a real difference. I had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend the hotel for its hospitality.

Moataz clearly takes pride in his work and really cares about his guests. He paid impressive attention to detail and went out of his way to make my stay special. The service I received from him made for a fantastic, comfortable stay, and I’d gladly recommend the hotel.

I got moved through three rooms, and every one came with its own problem. First, the mattress felt ancient and left me dealing with back pain. Then I was put next to the hotel restaurant, where a live band played until 3am. In the third room, the air conditioning didn’t work, and mosquitoes and cockroaches were sharing the space with me. Staff communication was baffling, and the whole experience left me feeling as if a silent comedy was unfolding around me. The rooms, service, and inconveniences turned this stay into an exhausting joke. My credit card was charged before I checked in, and getting a refund seemed as elusive as a desert mirage. The Royal Prestige Hotel certainly knows how to surprise a guest, just not in a good way.

The location was great for the beach, restaurants, and some shopping, and breakfast at McDonald’s was a ten-minute walk away. A cab to Dubai Mall cost about 7 Euros, depending on traffic. The room itself was just okay and reasonably clean, but the floor seemed to be under repair: some newly glued laminate boards were loose underfoot. The lighting was dim, though there were enough lamps to read by. We stayed two days and got only two towels; the extra ones we asked for arrived really damp. The walls were thin, so it was a bit noisy. I probably wouldn’t stay again.
