Rey made the stay special, going out of their way to help whenever needed. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and I’m very grateful. The other staff were friendly, professional, and helpful too, always ready with a smile. The hotel was clean and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, elegant, and well equipped, so it felt like a home away from home. I had a wonderful stay at Regency Luxury Suites Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

Blanche at reception helped us check in, and the hotel management upgraded us to a spacious one bedroom apartment. The location and view were amazing. I’m really happy with the service, and this was my best hotel experience in Dubai. I’ll definitely return and make more bookings! 🥰🥳

We’ve been here for 3 weeks, and I want to thank Safayet, Lathif, and Rosilie for keeping our apartment clean each day. They’re professional every single day, always coming to the door with big smiles and getting straight to work. I really appreciate their hospitality and effort.

The 18th floor housekeeping crew made my stay feel easy and relaxing. Mehdi, Rose, Ishaq, Dharmendra, Amir, and Ambudllah kept my room fresh, spotless, and in order every day. They were kind and professional, and their care really showed. Big thanks to all of them, they deserve plenty of appreciation. I’d gladly recommend the hotel, especially because of this team.

Getting around was easy, with the tram and metro close by, plus a mall and the marina harbour next door and Sheikh Zayed Road nearby. Vivek at the front office was especially welcoming and helpful. He paid attention to what I needed and made everything simple. Thanks to Vivek and the FO team, you’re great 😊
