The views are amazing, and the gym has excellent equipment. There’s also a temperature-controlled pool. It’s a comfortable, convenient place in Business Bay, with easy access to everything in Dubai. A great place to live.
The building is clean and free of insects, and the gym has recently been upgraded. I rented a very large two-bedroom flat, about 1.5 times larger than others, with an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa.
I’ve lived at Safeer Tower 2 for the past year, and it’s been a comfortable place with a good sense of community. Being in the lively Business Bay district makes it easy to get to major sights like Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, which works well for both work and free time.
Residents have a spacious parking area and a large gym with new equipment, plus a temperature-controlled pool that’s open year-round. The building is very clean and well maintained, and the Owner's Committee is actively carrying out regular upgrades.
Safeer Tower 2 sits in the heart of Business Bay, close to the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain. Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road are nearby too, making it easy to get to other parts of the city.
