We’ve lived at this hotel for the past year and have been treated wonderfully. Staff are consistently polite, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, so we feel at home every day. The facilities are excellent and well maintained, and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Rami, the manager, has been especially amazing, professional, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to look after guests. We’ve also enjoyed the buffet, which is consistently good and offers plenty of variety. Thank you to the whole team for the hard work and hospitality. We truly appreciate it and highly recommend the hotel for a welcoming, enjoyable stay.

The à la carte menu was good, and the restaurant staff were kind, but the breakfast items were stale. Security staff need better oversight and could be more polite when asking guests for their room numbers. It was an okay experience overall.

There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the location is nice. The room size is good and the property is well maintained. It’s owned by Tiger Properties and seems popular with people from the Middle East. Service was good too, so I had a nice experience.

I appreciated the little practical touches, like fresh towels, complimentary water, and efficient room service. The restaurant food was delicious, and the waitstaff were attentive. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and the front desk was ready to answer questions. My room was clean, nicely arranged, and comfortable, and check-in was quick. From arrival onward, the staff made me feel welcome with warm smiles and professional service. I felt cared for throughout my stay, and it was relaxing and memorable. I’m glad I chose this hotel, would recommend it to friends and family, and hope to return soon.

Samaya Hotel Deira is well located for exploring Deira, and its amenities and services went beyond what I expected. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, enjoyable stay in Dubai.
