Sapphire Hotel Apartments

A great place.

Awesome.

Good.

I found the five-day stay acceptable overall. The staff were friendly, room service was good, and prices felt reasonable for the accommodation and service. Parking was plentiful, though the room insulation was only modest. The location was okay, near Media City Metro Station, a 24-hour market, laundry, and some restaurants and cafes. The hotel's participation in guests' celebrations and surprises was a particularly nice touch. The facilities were clean and in good condition, including the pools, gym, corridors, lobby, rooms, beds, pillows, bathrooms, spa, service elevators, and the multiple floors. There were good views too. A few things could be improved: the breakfast buffet menu needs daily updates, the lobby could be upgraded, and the bathroom bathtubs are unjustifiably high. Late check-out would also be useful. Pet rooms should be reviewed for proximity to rooms with children, since they can frighten them.
