Savoy Suites Hotel Apartment

I moved to Dubai from Manila recently, and what’s made the biggest difference is how great the staff are. Karan keeps our room spotless, makes sure we have what we need, and is very kind to my partner and me. The reception team is always available and helps us feel safe and comfortable. The manager who helped us book was so sweet, helpful and professional. My studio has a queen-sized bed, a clean bathroom with a heater, a full-sized fridge, kitchenette with basic appliances and utensils, washing machine, TV with local and international channels, couch, coffee table, island table for eating and cooking, full-length mirror, and roomy cabinets for clothes. There are other good things I’ll miss mentioning. The area is safe and quiet, with kids playing and families out for walks. Chai and samosa, groceries, Burjuman Mall and the metro are all nearby. It’s not a five-star kind of place, but it’s good value: clean, comfortable, convenient, well equipped and welcoming. I’d stay as long as I could. 10/10!!!

KARAN from housekeeping has been consistently excellent. He cleans thoroughly, checks my preferences first, and respects my boundaries. If I ask not to be disturbed, he leaves me alone and comes back the next day without any fuss. His professionalism and attention to detail stand out. My stay itself was peaceful and comfortable. The facilities were well kept and everything felt organized, though the overall service was just okay. Housekeeping was helpful and professional, but I wouldn’t expect much from the front desk. The kitchen could use more crockery for guests who like to cook. Still, it was a good experience and worth staying.

My two months here went by in a blink. The staff were so sweet, housekeeping was wonderful, and the rooms were the best. The cleaners know how to make the place feel homely and put a creative touch into it. The apartment is right in the center of the city, so everything was easy to find. I had an amazing stay.

I stayed for two weeks in Jan 2026, and the staff were very hospitable. The restaurant normally starts serving at 7 am, but they would provide food earlier to fit my work schedule. Manoj from housekeeping kept my room super clean. I also used the sauna, pool and gym, all of which were well maintained, with staff available whenever help was needed.
