Seven Seas Hotel

The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the hotel had a nice ambience. The front office and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Checkout worked well for us. One small suggestion: a 3 PM check-in feels late if you're in a hurry, so starting around 2 PM would be better. We had a very pleasant stay at Seven Seas Hotel Dubai Airport.

We had a fantastic dinner buffet, with Mr. Gopal and his team making the meal even more enjoyable through their service. Ms. Wasana also deserves a special mention for guiding us so carefully and professionally, her customer service was superb. We spent one night at Seven Seas Hotel, and our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The amenities were well maintained and helped make the stay relaxing. Highly recommended.

The food was really yummy, and everyone enjoyed it. Mr. Naved, Mr. Gopal, and the whole team were courteous, attentive, and happy to help with a smile. Their warm, professional service made our event comfortable and memorable. Thanks to all of them. Highly recommended!

Housekeeping and security were polite, helpful, and the positive part of my two-night stay. The rooms themselves were average, with little soundproofing, so corridor and neighboring-room noise was easy to hear and affected privacy. The main frustration was reception, especially the booking staff. I was quoted one price on WhatsApp, then offered a higher one on arrival. They wouldn't honor the original rate even when I showed proof, saying that staff member was off duty. There seemed to be no coordination or accountability. When I decided to book online, their attitude shifted and they were suddenly willing to negotiate. That was frustrating and unprofessional. I also asked for a king or queen bed but got twin beds, which felt intentional. Management needs to train the reception team in customer service and communication. The other staff were fine, but front desk service needs serious improvement.
