KOHH – 2BR in Marina Wharf

I’ve lived in the building for six years. Security and management are great, the facilities are decent, and the beach is close by, right on the marina. Most of the bad reviews, 99% of them, are about a hair salon or an Airbnb stay, which have nothing to do with the building :)

I really appreciate Danila’s professional attitude and the way he worked with my son. He was patient, calm, and encouraging, helping him gradually get over his fear and feel comfortable and confident in the water. The lessons were engaging and well structured, and I could see my son making progress. Danila did a great job teaching him to dive. I’d recommend him to parents looking for someone who can teach children in a safe, supportive setting.

I was impressed by the location when I came to view Marina Wharf II. It’s a three-minute walk from the beach, with direct access to Marina Walk. There’s a tram station right by the tower, which makes it easy to get to Marina Mall and the metro. The building is in good condition, and the management company seems to be maintaining it well. A convenient, well-kept place in a prime spot.

It’s easy to get around from here, and the surroundings are peaceful enough to really relax. The sights are within reach, and an evening stroll along the marina makes the place even nicer. Clean, too.
