The food had plenty of choice and was excellent, and the cocktails were especially well made. The hotel felt peaceful, with a quiet floor that added to the comfort and privacy. Staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, and the entertainment facilities and services impressed me. My apartment was beautifully kept, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, water pressure was excellent, and the amenities were good. I appreciated the bed decoration on arrival. A memorable stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai, and one I'd recommend for business or leisure.

The event setup looked elegant and well organized, and the food was excellent with dishes for different tastes. The F&B team handled everything with care and professionalism. Honey, the F&B Manager, made us feel welcome and coordinated things smoothly, while Junaid from Sales was consistently helpful and supportive. Their teamwork helped the event go perfectly. A very pleasant experience at Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai, and I'd recommend their F&B services for gatherings.

The Club Lounge breakfast had a solid selection, and the pool and spa on the 54th floor were a lovely, peaceful break above the city. The nearby supermarket and pharmacy were handy too. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were sincere and attentive enough to remember your name. Thanks to Megha and Brian at the club lounge reception, Gaggan at the club lounge bar, Tristan at the dining room, and Kasseem from concierge. Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai felt like a home away from home, and is easily one of my top 5 hotel experiences. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back.
