I love my home and the area, and I've lived in this building for years. The problem is the management, which has been absolutely terrible. Renovations on the upper floors, approved by management, created unbearable noise for people on the lower floors. I sent a polite email about this valid complaint, then followed up again and again. Nobody replied. They're so inconsiderate, yet they boast about following rules. I'm sure this review won't lead to any action either.

We understand the tenant's worry about noise from construction on the neighboring plot and the disruption it has caused residents. We regret that we can't arrange the requested meeting with the contractor or developer. Our understanding is that the contractors are working within the hours allowed by the relevant authorities. If the tenant is still affected, they should contact DDA/Dubai Municipality directly so the matter can be investigated under their procedures. Very bad.

A great place to stay, close to all locations, with a gym, pool, sauna and covered parking.

The management is completely unprofessional. I arrived two months ago, and my parking card has stopped working for reasons they can't explain. Now they want another 300 AED for a replacement, after I already paid 50 for the first checkout, lol. Whatever happens, you're left to deal with it alone, and the cockroaches seem like permanent company. The fire alarm is the worst part, going off at all hours like 2am or 7am, while management doesn't care. Think ten times before moving here. I'm waiting for my contract to end, and I won't be back.
