The building is in terrible shape. The sauna and steam room are always closed for repairs, and so many pool tiles are missing that it feels dangerous. For the last 2 years, the garden sprinklers haven’t been fixed, leaving a heap of dirt where the grass should be. I’ve attached pictures. We keep trying to get someone to care and do something, but it feels like a waste of time.

I’ve lived here for 4 years, and I’d say it’s the best building in sports city. It’s an amazing place to live, the people are so good, and management replies quickly to questions.

It’s in a very accessible spot, close to Dubai Cricket Stadium. The place is neat and clean, and the services are good.

In my opinion, this is one of the best towers in Dubai Sports City. It’s very clean and the services are good. There have been some problems, but they’ve been fixed, as happens in all buildings. A lot of Europeans live here, and I think they’re very happy with the tower.
