Signature Holiday Homes - Newly Furnished Studio in Azizi Aliyah Residences, Al Jaddaf

The view of Creek Harbour from our apartment is the one thing that keeps this from being a one-star stay. I’ve lived here for three and a half years, and it’s been disappointing. The AC is noisy and won’t cool below 22 degrees, so summer feels like hell. Construction nearby leaves the apartment and cars dirty, and guests can’t find parking near the building. When the garbage truck arrives, access in and out is blocked for at least 10-15 minutes, even if you need to leave urgently. Security isn’t very helpful either. They don’t get up to open the main entrance when they see someone with luggage or bags. The gym is tiny and the AC is locked at certain temperatures. Fire alarms go off almost every day, and management also runs random daytime alarm tests, leaving people who need to sleep for work with no rest. Cleaning is usually okay, though. The apartment appliances are attached to the walls and have no switches, so turning them off in an emergency is difficult. Owners use the good location to raise prices, but it isn’t worth all the hassle and stress. I don’t recommend moving here.

Construction beside the building makes it almost impossible to get into the parking. The place has become very uncomfortable to live in, with daily fire alarms and reception staff who are rude and not helpful at all.

The service and support have been pathetic. I’ve had water leaking for the last two weeks, but nobody has helped or given proper support. The maintenance team is useless and won’t even answer calls. I’ve lived in Dubai for a long time, but this building has given me such a bad experience that I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend Azizi building to anyone. Don’t be drawn in by the location.

A little noisy, but still cosy. I hope the construction wraps up soon so this place can become heaven.
