It's a clean building with no odor, and the maintenance service responds when needed. The building is amazing, with a fantastic view, and it's ideal for families. I lived here for two years without any issues. The one downside is that the DEWA bill is high because of the electric gas.

It's a nice, clean building, but the management is rigid and rude. The rules seem to benefit them alone. At such a high price, you can find much better, so I wouldn't recommend it.

The manager is rude, and the security staff are very, very bad and rude too.

The corridors are hot inside. At least switch on the air conditioning.
