The rent is a little high, as it is throughout this area, but the apartment is modern and spacious. Security and maintenance were okay, and the electrical appliances were included. We lived here during our first year in Dubai.
We’ve lived here for the past year and a half. Millennium Executive Tower is on Sheikh Zayed Road, in one of Dubai’s liveliest areas. Offices occupy up to the 10th floor, with apartments on floors 11 through 28. Residents have parking, plus access to a gym and swimming pool.
The apartment was extremely basic for the price, with few amenities. There were no bathroom slippers, not enough tissues, and no soap for washing or cleaning the kitchen equipment. The shower pressure was low, and I still felt soap residue on my body afterward. We also reported that we had forgotten two essential items, but staff didn’t address the request, even after several hours that day. The entrance and lobby felt like those of an ordinary mid-level building, more like a security office than a welcoming hotel. The apartments were tucked away on a few floors, and even the security officers seemed uninterested in helping guests. As someone who has visited Dubai regularly for 20 years, I was disappointed by the service, especially given the high price and how other hotels in the same range compare. I wouldn’t recommend paying this much for a stay here when other Dubai hotels offer better value and a more enjoyable experience.
The management is hard to reach, and they don’t respond to calls, even about urgent problems like ceiling leaks. Repair requests are rarely accepted, while maintenance costs in this older building are exorbitant. I lived at Millennium Executive ...Apartments for two years, and the security and management were major problems. My apartment was broken into, but security refused to take responsibility. The building cameras didn’t seem to work, leaving no evidence to provide to the police. Parking was chaotic, with no oversight and a warning that cars were parked at the owner’s risk. There was little surveillance or security in the parking area. With high rent compared with neighboring apartments and so few services, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere. It falls short on security, maintenance, and value.
