The location near Dubai Miracle Garden felt a little cut off, and there weren’t many places to eat nearby. The apartment at Silkhaus Art Gardens was spacious and had good equipment for a short stay, while the gym and pool were decent extras. Cleanliness could have been better in some areas. It’s a reasonable budget option, though some things need attention.

Water has been dripping in the washroom since I checked in, and there’s no hot water. They didn’t provide basic things like a parking card or entrance cards either. The team is inefficient and full of lies. A total waste of money. Please don’t book this place.

I did get my refund in the end, but they still charged me an outrageous amount and made up their own invoices. The room was small, had no furniture, and didn’t match the listing. Phone support was unprofessional, I couldn’t speak to a manager, and they wouldn’t tell me where their office was. Stay away.

I’ve tried two Silkhaus properties now, and both left me waiting for a refund. Don’t bother, anywhere else is run better.
