Silkhaus Shamal Residences 2

I've lived here for 2 Years. Management has been responsive to complaints from what I've seen, and the security team is polite and always welcomes me home. The parking lot was recently redone and refreshed. I haven't noticed pests on my floor. Water pressure can sometimes be a slight issue, though I'm on the 1st floor and haven't seen a significant problem. Someone mentioned thin windows, but mine definitely aren't thin, they're quite sturdy. Apartments facing the street may get more noise, though.

They've decided to cut the water for a week, even though we're already dealing with issues, including no water pressure at all. Nobody informed the neighbors as they do in other buildings. They just put a note in the elevator saying it would be off from 1 to 5pm, without much information. Don't they know people living here have jobs? How can you leave people without water? I can't wait for my contract to end. The building has plenty of problems, and there's construction right in front too. I guess no water for a week 😭😭😭😭😭😭. Do your research before moving here.

I lived in 301, and the gym and pool were nice, but not worth the hassle. The place had water pressure problems, walls that leaked when it rained, ants, smelly drains, and noisy AC. The cheap finishings broke regularly, and the owner was completely unresponsive, so we were constantly fixing things ourselves. The huge windows were so thin that construction and traffic noise came through all year.

I just moved out after nearly 2 years in the loft. The apartments are poorly finished, with frequent leaks and weak water pressure. Maintenance is poor and the finishings are even worse. This has to be one of the worst managed buildings. Definitely wouldn't recommend it!
