Anas Trainer knows his job. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and pays attention to each person’s needs. Sessions are structured and challenging, with enough variety to stay interesting. He corrects your form, encourages you, and pushes you to improve without taking it too far. I’ve made real progress in strength and physique, and I’m much more motivated to keep training consistently. Highly recommend him if you want real results.

Tried the Synkro class at Siro with Brittany, and the energy and burn were amazing. After class I used the ladies’ sauna, steam room, and cold plunge, then the changing rooms and showers, which had a hairdryer and all the essentials. I finished with a healthy snack and matcha. It’s a must experience. Love it here, one of Dubai’s most luxurious gyms, with a great view and excellent cleanliness. Valet is available.

Anas’ sessions have a clear purpose, with a smart mix of strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning. They’re intense and effective, and the progression keeps things challenging without burning you out. No random exercises or wasted time. I feel stronger, tighter, and more athletic week by week. The training pushes you in a thoughtful way and brings real results. I also had so much fun working out with my girls Sara and Alice. The energy was unreal.

The 30-minute full body blitz class was fast-paced and challenging, combining weights with high-intensity cardio. It stayed engaging throughout without feeling overwhelming, and the structure made the short session feel effective. Coach Kyle brought great energy and clear instructions, while making sure everyone kept good form and still pushed the intensity. I left exhausted in the best way. Definitely recommend it for an efficient full-body workout.
