Sobha Creek Vistas

The building says it's pet friendly, but there's nowhere to take a pet. Management objects even if you walk a pet in the street nearby, despite what the building rules say. Meanwhile, children make noise in the common areas late into the night. Those spaces are often full of unsupervised kids, and their litter, toys, shoes, water bottles, and all sorts of other things are left there for days. The management representatives at reception in the mornings seem not to know what they're doing and are incredibly unprofessional.

There's no balcony, sunlight, or fresh air, and you can't really see outside through the windows. It feels like being shut in a block, which is so frustrating when you're on vacation. The whole apartment smells, and the walls and beds are in terrible shape. There's no vacuum, just a broom, and sweeping still doesn't get the place clean enough. And don't expect to sleep well on the sofa bed, it's a back breaker, fit only for someone you truly hate. This is not a vacation house.

The community is great, with parks, food trucks, restaurants, and coffee shops. The building is clean and very well maintained, and I like the pool, gym, sauna, and steam room.

I've been living here for almost 4 years and love it. It's close to schools, parks, and Burj Khalifa.
