The apartments themselves are good since the building is new, but the location is rough. Traffic crawls on a single lane shared by both directions. The staff aren’t very friendly, and prices seem to swing up and down like the stock market. People are being misled with promises of luxury. Brokers are very active with rentals, and Airbnb is the worst. Apartment owners seem greedy and give flats to whichever agency offers more. There are also disputes between brokers and holiday home operators over apartments. That’s my honest observation. People who have stayed here are the ones who can tell the truth.
