Sophisticated Binghatti Canal Studio Apartments

A top place to stay in Dubai, with everything nearby. Highly recommend it to anyone.

I lived at Binghatti Canal while working in Business Bay. The building is neat and has a pool, gym and kids’ play area. I could get to TRA buses easily from Business Bay Metro Station, and the bus stop was right below BC. There are dozens of shops and other amenities within walking distance, which can make a real difference to daily life. Nearby schools include Hartland International School at 2.0 km and North London Collegiate School Dubai at 2.2 km. Ten nearby schools have government ratings of either Very Good or Outstanding, including Horizon English School Dubai and Jumeirah English Speaking School, both rated Outstanding. For drives from Binghatti Canal, Dubai Mall is roughly 13 minutes away, Palm Jumeirah 21 minutes, Burj Al Arab 19 minutes and The Walk JBR 24 minutes. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is about 19 minutes by car, while Al Maktoum International Airport is around 39 minutes away. Nearby neighbourhoods include Downtown Dubai (1.6 km), with Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain and Dubai Opera; Dubai International Financial Centre (3.1 km), whose commercial, retail and residential districts are linked by a retail corridor; and City Walk (3.1 km), with homes, shopping, dining and attractions in Jumeirah. The Polo Residence (4.0 km) is a gated Meydan City community with 29 five-storey apartment blocks, sports courts, a pool, spa and shops. Meydan (4.2 km) is a 40 million square foot development in MBR City, home to Meydan Race Course and the annual Dubai Cup. Healthcare City Phase 2 (4.5 km) in Jadaf offers long-term care, spa resorts, sports medicine, waterfront residences and nutrition centres. At Al Kifaf (5.3 km), Park Gate Residences’ four towers sit alongside Zabeel Park, Etisalat Tower and Dubai Frame. Nearby attractions include Kidzania (1.1 km), PVRK (1.3 km) and Dubai Ice Rink (1.4 km). The Block is 1.3 km away, Bay Avenue Park 1.9 km and Action Park Business Bay 2.0 km. Golf options include The Track Meydan Golf (3.7 km), Dubai Hills Golf Club (7.5 km) and Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club (8.1 km). Cinemas nearby are Cinemacity Fountain Views (1.0 km), Reel Cinemas at The Dubai Mall (1.4 km) and Reel Cinemas at Rove Downtown (2.0 km).

The canal is a great spot for jogging and evening walks, and the location is close to Dubai downtown. There are several apartments available for daily rent, which you can book through Air BNB. Parking and security are provided.
