The team in the building makes a big difference. The concierge and staff are friendly, supportive, and ready to help, and their professionalism really adds to the quality of living here. The property is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained, with beautiful pools, lush gardens, and pet-friendly areas. I’ve lived in Fairmont South Residence twice, first as a tenant and now as an owner, and both experiences have been exceptional. The views of the sea, greenery, and calm surroundings are breathtaking, and direct access to West Palm Beach makes it feel like both a home and a resort. It’s also a great vacation-style location, just steps from February 30, Surf Club, Fairmont beach facilities, KokoBay, and plenty of other spots. You can relax, dine, swim, or enjoy the beach lifestyle nearby. The place brings together luxury, comfort, and lifestyle in a way that’s hard to find in Dubai. I love living here and highly recommend it as a home, long-term stay, or vacation spot.

Reception was helpful, especially the lady there, but the experience with head security Amir was awful. We planned to stay a week and left on the third day because he showed no respect for guests. He also seemed not to consider parking at all, so where were we meant to leave our car? I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family, and I won't be coming back.

We waited 45 minutes for a guest parking space, then when one opened up, Security (Oliver) gave it to some ladies who had only just arrived. He smiled and asked what he was supposed to do. The space assigned to us was already taken when we arrived, and again we just got a shrug and no solution. Guest parking is first come, first served, so this was really frustrating. A very bad short stay. Management should address this, because this guy doesn't seem to know how to manage the parking spaces.

I was waiting in the lobby for my driver, who was delayed at the school picking up my boss's daughter, when the receptionist told me I couldn't stay in the waiting area for long. He said waiting in the lobby wasn't allowed and that I should go outside, even in Dubai's heat. I found that really unexpected from a reputed Fairmont group. Is this actually the building's policy?

We found everything we needed here, from an iron, washing machine and hair dryer to cups, glasses and cooking things in the kitchen. The place is huge, clean, and has great facilities. The price was good too, and the hospitality was lovely. Great place!
