Spacious Studio in new 8 Boulevard Walk!

This is a quiet, non-noisy luxury place in the heart of Dubai, downtown and close to Burj khalifa. The units are spacious, and there’s a large supermarket downstairs. It works well whether you want luxury accommodation or a place to hold a party, so it’s highly recommended. Parking can be quite difficult, especially at night.

My first impression of this holiday apartment, where I moved for a three-month stay after relocating to Dubai from the UK, was disappointing because of an incident at the loading bay. When my movers arrived, a security guard refused them access, saying I had "too many boxes," and questioned me in a way that felt intrusive and inappropriate. I had full access and proper documentation, so I found the conduct unprofessional and discriminatory. Security should verify credentials and help with move-ins instead of making personal judgments about someone’s belongings. Since then, I’ve found the security staff’s attitude toward residents and visitors consistently rude and unwelcoming. That’s especially disappointing in Dubai, where high standards of hospitality and customer service are expected. Emaar should urgently review the conduct and training of the personnel assigned here. Security staff need to be firm but respectful, particularly in a residential setting where people should feel safe and treated with dignity. This has put a sour note on what should have been a positive new chapter. I hope management takes it seriously and makes changes. The incident happened Tuesday 24th June 2025 at 16.58, at the Loading Bay at 8 Boulevard Walk. I hope Management identifies the Security Personnel and terminates him immediately. I do want to thank (Harris), the Security Supervisor or Manager, who sorted out the issue, but it should never have happened. Unacceptable.

We lived in this apartment for two years as a family and really enjoyed it. It is in Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, in what was the first residential tower in downtown Dubai. The building has entrances on both sides, a reception and guest waiting area, a pharmacy, ladies' and gents' salons, a 24-hour supermarket, and a dry cleaner on the first floor. There is also multilevel parking, around six elevators, and roughly 35 floors. Residents can use the business center, pool, gym, community hall, games room, mini theatre, steam room, and more. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the downtown metro station, Dubai Fountain, Dubai Opera, restaurants, and cafes are all within walking distance.

The African receptionist working the morning shift needs proper training in manners and conduct. He regularly speaks rudely to delivery drivers visiting the building, even though he represents the residential tower. Whatever personal pressure or problems he has at work should not be taken out on people arriving at the location.
