Birds have infested the area, and they leave droppings on our balcony and now on our clothes every day. I asked for deterrents or other harmless ways to keep them away, but got a vague reply and no follow-up. On top of that, dogs bark constantly, and work goes on at all hours of the morning, with drilling and blow torches. This is the most vile place I’ve ever lived. It’s been a living nightmare, and I can’t wait to leave.
It’s spacious and fully equipped, with beautiful views from the rooms and balcony. Right in front of burj khalifa, and you can walk to both burj khalifa and dubai mall.
Dubai Mall is about a 7-minute walk away from this building, whether you’re heading to the Fountain side or Fashion Avenue side. The metro station at Dubai Mall is also a 7-minute walk, and Bay Avenue in Business Bay takes around 10 minutes on foot. There are some great cafes and places to eat nearby too. If you’re moving to Dubai or visiting for a short stay, consider staying here. It’s one of the most conveniently located buildings downtown.
There’s construction nearby around the clock, and the noise can be distracting. Apart from that, Standpoint Tower 1812 is well maintained and makes a great base for exploring Downtown Dubai. It’s ideally located near the Opera, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall, a stunning property in a top spot.
I had the most satisfying time here. Best time I’ve ever spent.
