Disgusting barely describes the customer service and management. They make owners pay for construction quality that's third class. I wish the rating could go below zero, and I wouldn't recommend anyone deal with them. They tell people to contact them on Facebook or Twitter, but I've reached out repeatedly in every way I could and never received a reply. I'm glad I'm not the only one leaving a bad review.

My husband and I spent two hours struggling to get into our building today, then had to park outside. The service is terrible, especially security. They're rude, aggressive, and uneducated, treating people like we're laborers and they're kings. There's no respect. Nothing gets proper maintenance, the AC isn't right, and residents are always dealing with problems. We've paid rent for eight years and keep running into situations like this.

My wife and boys are traumatized by what happened. One of the security members, who is meant to help keep the building safe, verbally attacked my family. He was shouting at a woman who was there with two children and behaving rudely. Lakeside management seems to have no control over its security staff. This building doesn't feel safe for families, and I can't recommend it. Security staff need to be properly scrutinized before they're hired.

My husband and I felt discriminated against by the security guard today. We were visiting an apartment in Tower A and needed to go through Tower B to see the common areas. The guard argued with our Realtor, saying he couldn't let us in, while other people were entering and leaving without being asked for identification. He didn't come over to explain the situation or apologize. I think he may not like Europeans.
