A visit to see a friend in DAMAC Park Towers cost me AED 90 for parking. I've never seen a residential building charge that much for an ordinary guest visit. It left a very bad impression and felt like a ripoff. The fee also suggests there's no proper visitor parking, which is unacceptable for a residential tower at this level. Management should rethink these charges and the guest parking policy. It comes across as cheap and poorly managed.

Update: customer support followed up and helped me, with special thanks to Douha. I really appreciate the team's response. Still, be careful with the sales representatives. In my case, the representative didn't issue the Damac receipt and then stopped responding to my requests. I sent message after message about my EOI refund and got no answer. The seller and agent told me to ask Damac, while Damac sent me back to the owner. I was very disappointed and it made me question whether I'd ever buy from this developer. If getting an EOI refund means this much chasing, I'd tell anyone concerned about their money to find a trustworthy developer and spare themselves the trouble.
The building is a busy hub, with restaurants, supermarkets, a large swimming pool, and an advanced gym. Guests are right among luxurious spots like Zuma, DIFC Gate Avenue, and Cipriani, while Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and The Museum of Future are easy to reach from this convenient location in the heart of Dubai Financial Centre.
