Studio Apartment in Silicon Gates 4

I lived in this apartment for two years. The location made commuting easy, with access to three major highways, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It also has visitor parking. The environment used to be very family-friendly, but with more bachelors moving in recently, it has changed. Management hasn't been very responsible: even after repeated complaints and follow-ups, most issues weren't properly resolved, so we often had to fix things ourselves. The lift malfunctions frequently, and maintenance service is inconsistent. The gym is poorly maintained too, with many machines broken or not serviced regularly. The fire alarm ringing often for no reason is another major frustration.

The corner 1BHK flats have spectacular views, and it's handy to have a supermarket downstairs. That's about it for me. The finishing isn't great, and the corner flats are built very close together, especially at the entrances, where the doors have no space between them. I don't live here. I almost signed an MOU to buy a flat, but chose one in axis silver instead for its superior finishing and build quality.

Maintenance was very quick, and the building was clean. The location is handy, close to restaurants and other services, with guest parking available.

Everything for day-to-day needs is close by, from supermarkets and shops to a mosque, restaurants, and clinics. A really convenient location.
