There’s been nonstop construction in the same building where I live. I contacted Emaar to ask when it would finish and how I’m supposed to sleep or rest with all this going on, but they never replied. It’s very disappointing that a large company like Emaar doesn’t seem to care about its tenants.
If your unit in Burj Residence Tower 6 faces the fountain, this is the view from your own balcony. It’s lovely seeing all the gems of downtown Dubai.

The view from Tower 8 is among the prettiest. I’d choose a floor above 25 if possible. The downside is that tenants don’t get daily cleaning, which is only included for daily rentals.
