Management needs to sort out the elevator rules for cleaners and deliveries, and security needs to coordinate better. There are nine or ten lifts, so delivery services should be directed to the service elevators instead of bringing trolleys and food boxes into the regular lifts at random. The food smells and carts are there so often that it affects residents’ quality of life. Please set clear rules and make sure they’re followed. I also complained about the cleaning, but for three days it still wasn’t done properly. It’s disappointing that management seems to wait for an email from the owner or home manager instead of dealing with an in-person complaint. Communication is made difficult, and complaints need proper follow-up. I’m not begging for help, this is an official complaint to improve residents’ happiness. Please receive and respond to all kinds of complaints, and improve communication and coordination.

Sulafa Tower is an impressive place to stay, with spacious apartments, excellent cleanliness throughout the building, and modern facilities. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and looked after. The location is a major plus: the beach is within walking distance, with easy access to JBR, and the tram and metro are nearby too. It’s convenient for a stroll by the water, sunbathing, or water sports, and the tower offers a luxurious standard close to the beach. I’d highly recommend it to tourists or residents looking for a high-standard stay in the area.

I stayed here for a month and wouldn’t return. The security rules are very strict, and even though I’d paid for the full month, I wasn’t given access until the month was nearly over.

This was the worst apartment I’ve stayed in, and my Airbnb experience was really disappointing. The balcony doors wouldn’t lock, so it didn’t feel safe for a family. There were insects and cockroaches in both the kitchen and bedrooms, and no basics like soap, cleaning supplies, or trash bags were provided. The building smelled terrible and the stay was unbearable. I do not recommend it at all. It doesn’t deserve even one star, let alone a score of 0 out of 1,000,000.
