Robin, one of the guys at the reception, was amazing. He was so polite and had a really nice manner. Very nice hotel, definitely worth a visit and stay at Sheraton.

The reception staff were really rude, and the rest of the stay was just as bad. There wasn't any parking for guests, even though we were told there was when we called. Our room was dirty, with blood on the pillows and dirty floors, and it smelled bad. The AC wasn't cooling properly, and nobody even tried to fix it or move us to another room. We had no towels or tissues, and by the third day the electrical sockets had stopped working. Worst hotel ever! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

The room and bathroom weren't cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. Reception was so slow that we waited an hour before checking in, and it was already very late, 4 pm.

Breakfast didn't have much variety, and the facilities, service, staff, and cleanliness were all terrible. This place should be rated two stars, not four.

Such a bad stay. The room was filthy and smelled awful, and the service team never responded.
