We've had to call maintenance at least 30 times over the past two years for problems like water leaks, unpleasant smells and poor-quality fixtures. This is a very poor-quality house building. A cabinet door even fell off on its own once, and could have injured someone.

Park Heights 2 has modern finishing and premium amenities, and Dubai Hills Mall and Park are within walking distance. Dubai Hills is Dubai's new sophisticated address, with parks, offices, residential buildings, a mall, villas, a golf course, mansions, a hospital and schools.

There's too much traffic and a parking problem. Emaar needs to take action.

I paid 100 AED for VIP valet parking, then waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for my car after finishing work. That was horribly unprofessional. I don't recommend this service at all.

A nice residential building with designated parking, good neighbours and a friendly security team. There are pharmacies and supermarkets nearby.
