Don’t rent here!!!!!!! The building is in very bad shape, smells, and has no maintenance. It’ll soon be full of shared flats.

The floors smell really bad, and the place isn’t clean. There’s no AC on most floors, and management doesn’t fix the things you ask them to. I really don’t recommend it.

The apartment is amazing and the security staff are nice, but maintenance is very poor. When something goes wrong in the apartment, the maintenance team hardly replies or tries to help. The landlord doesn’t respond, and no one seems to care. They’re all pleasant while you’re signing the contract and handing over checks, then they disappear. Nobody returns your security deposit. The management is very bad, and I don’t recommend renting there.
