When the fire alarm goes off, the sound is so extreme that leaving the apartment feels impossible. It causes panic, ringing ears, and severe stress, even after it stops, and residents end up sitting on the balcony. It's disgusting. The system leaves people disoriented and unable to act properly, creating more danger instead of helping them evacuate. This doesn't seem like a normal or safe setup for a residential building, and it seriously affects residents' well-being. Please take action to lower the signal volume. Otherwise, this doesn't feel safe to live in at all.

This stay ruined our holiday. We rented an apartment on the 11th floor, and there were cockroaches inside. The terraces and windows were filthy with construction dust and debris, so we couldn't use the outdoor areas. Hot water ran out almost immediately, making even a basic shower impossible. The apartment smelled of damp and mold, but opening the windows wasn't an option because of the noise, dust, and pollution. Heavy machinery and traffic surrounded the building, with nonstop construction directly in front, day and night, making rest impossible even with the windows closed. These apartments are uninhabitable and shouldn't be rented out. Avoid at all costs.

The Palm view is now completely blocked by a new building under construction. If your apartment faces the Palm, you can't sleep or get a moment's rest at any time, day or night.

The apartment itself was dusty and not very clean, and they provided just one towel for the entire stay. After a week booked here, I chose to leave early and got only a 50% refund. There was a big construction site right in front and another nearby, with trucks, heavy machinery, and drilling all day. The balcony was unusable, and it wasn't peaceful inside either. Later, they started working at night, so sleeping was nearly impossible even with the windows shut. It might be fine once the construction is over, but right now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone after a quiet stay.
