I had a restful short stay in room 207. When I ran into problems in the room, I called and a staff member came within seconds to help. At Reception, the staff member was welcoming and professional, helped me with registration, and asked someone else to show me to the room.

Really bad customer service. He answered the phone with a flat, unhelpful response and didn't follow up. The room was available, but he said it wasn't because he didn't want to work after I woke him up.
