Aisha R.
I felt humiliated in front of other people by the security guard in charge at B-block, Mahmood (egyptain). When I came to reception to pick up my kid in front of the building, he blocked me and shouted to the other guard to ask for my room number. I asked why I had to give it every day, and he showed me attitude again. I live in a freehold ownership flat, and we’ve been paying 4000dhs from January to this date. When the security system was put into action, we sent the office all the required documents. They told us the people had changed and we needed to send them again. Fine, we were ready to register, but were told registration could only happen on 16th october, so we agreed to wait. Their responsibility was to open the gate for me, but instead I was blocked and insulted. When I came back to reception, he laughed at me. I felt very, very bad. Please assign people who speak at least some English to this work. These Iliterate people don’t know what to say or which documents are required. Please take necessary action.
