I strongly advise against renting or living in this building. It’s outdated and deteriorated, yet the rent is far too high for the quality. Shelves and cabinets are visibly damaged and worn from age and humidity. The bathrooms have ongoing dampness and an unpleasant smell, and rainwater gets into the apartment when it rains, pointing to serious maintenance and structural problems. Building management is unacceptable. Residents face needless complications, even small issues becoming major problems and a constant source of stress. Even basic services, like delivery access, are made unreasonably difficult. Security staff are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional, especially toward residents, adding to an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. Parking is another serious problem. For about six months, we couldn’t get our vehicle properly registered. We dealt with daily parking difficulties and stress, having to ask for manual barrier access every time we arrived because the registration issue stayed unresolved without justification. From the building’s condition to the poor administration and lack of basic service, the overall standard is unacceptable. This place isn’t fit to live in, and I don’t recommend it under any circumstances.
