SuperHost - Spacious Apartment In Business Bay With Canal View

The hygiene in the building has been horrible for the past two years. The management needs replacing, and tenants and owners deserve more respect. More than half the parking levels are empty, but guests and deliveries still aren't allowed in. Reception service is awful, and no one seems to know what they're doing. Even simple moves in or out mean emails going back and forth for approval from the building management, which has just one email address and no one you can otherwise contact. They don't make anything easier. Living here feels like being in a prison tower, with ridiculous rules and no one to talk to. The list could go on.

There's lots of parking, and the pool and gym are great. It's lovely accommodation, and I really like that there's a nice masjid in the building too. Thank you, and I hope whoever came up with that idea has even more success.

Yearly contracts are affordable, and there's a nice view from the balcony. It's a good building, not far from the metro, and I recommend it.

The building gates never seem to open, so taxis have to drop you on the main road and pick you up there too. That gets frustrating. I stayed at Elite Business Bay, and the building itself was good and well maintained. The room was small, but they had thoughtfully stocked it with water, tissues and other basics, plus some snacks, which was a nice touch. There was no clothes hanger, though. I told the owner, but one was never delivered. The area around it felt dull, with little to do or explore. The stay had some good points, but those inconveniences affected the experience.
