Ali at the Armada Avenue Hotel in JLT is the reason I gave the place five stars. He made sure I felt looked after from the moment I arrived, helping with anything I needed and always with a smile. He’s naturally friendly, warm, and easy to talk to, and nothing seemed like a chore to him. I stayed for almost 10 days, and his help made the whole visit a real pleasure. He’s a real asset to the hotel.

The view over Dubai Marina and Sheikh Zayed Road was amazing, especially after dark. My room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my stay at Armada Avenue Hotel. Mr. Ali was especially welcoming and professional, and his helpful, friendly manner made the visit even more pleasant. A comfortable place with great views and good service in Dubai. Highly recommended.

Armada Hotel JLT was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with lovely views and a good location. What stood out most was the hospitality. Mr. Ali Bazzaz welcomed me warmly, handled things with real professionalism, and made sure I felt comfortable and valued from the start. That kind of care reflects well on the whole team. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

I'm on the first day of a two-day booking at Armada Avenue JLT, and this has been the worst hotel stay of my life. The room is suffocating because the AC doesn't work. When I raised it with reception and service staff, they neither fixed it nor changed my room. They rudely insisted, “It doesn't get colder than this.” The balcony was filthy and dusty when I checked in. The room lighting is very dim, with no proper light by the mirror, so getting ready is difficult. I booked a single-bed room but was given twin beds instead, ignoring my preference. Room service is basically nonexistent: if you order something, you have to go downstairs and collect it at reception. There's also nowhere good to visit or hang out nearby, and the location is boring. I'm completely disappointed. Save your money and peace of mind, I do not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are a little dated and worn, but you can see that in the photos when choosing the hotel, so there are no surprises. I found the place cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and had no cleanliness problems. I was especially happy with the staff, who handled a question about leaving a deposit very quickly. They also gave me a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The bathroom had reliably hot water, something I really value in a hotel at this price. Thanks to receptionist Ali and manager Mohamad for their help and the upgrade 🙏🏻✨
