The Biltmore Hotel Villas, Dubai

Everything was spotless, comfortable, beautifully kept, and well organized, with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff’s pride and dedication showed throughout the stay, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly service and a memorable visit. Definitely worth coming back! From the moment we arrived, doorman Ali and the front office team made us feel welcome. Gucci especially stood out for professionalism and kindness. Surya from housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable, and waitress Silvya was attentive and friendly. I also appreciated that the chef came to our table to check whether the food was satisfactory. That personal touch made the meal feel special.

Biltmore Villas felt like home right away, and we’d be glad to return. Our family stayed last weekend, and the experience was far beyond what we expected. The welcome pack was another level of hospitality, and the food and service were first class. The staff were welcoming and professional, and we checked in right at the villa. Each villa has an indoor/outdoor pool and a private cinema, ideas I’ve never seen anywhere. The design felt like living in a work of art, with comfort and function alongside prestigious interior decorations and monuments. The attention to detail was next level, even in the accessible basement parking. It’s a serene, luxurious villa resort, and the location is amazing, right beside Mall of Emirates, literally a three-minute walk. The spa staff were professional and competent, and they made my mum’s day with their kindness. Special thanks to Marilou, Ayu and Anoop. Anoop is an exceptional masseur.

It felt like a home away from home, and every detail and staff member made this a five star stay we’ll always remember. The villa was breathtaking, spacious, and full of luxury touches, with plenty of room for families. The location was ideal, a short stroll to Emirates Mall and a quick drive to DIFC. The butlers, Haddade, Faith, Karan, Ahmed, and Gulchi, were extraordinary, attentive, and so caring. At the Brasserie, Rufina’s leadership stood out, and Faith’s barista skills were lovely. Her dry cappuccinos and iced matchas were perfect. The chef’s menu was outstanding too, especially the hummus, yogurt, French toast, and scrambled egg croissant with warm fresh bread. Housekeeping legends Aditya, Roshan, and Vishnu set a new standard. They left fresh flowers every morning and towel animals like elephants, swans, and giraffes, so coming back to the villa felt magical. The spa and wellness were just as good. Ayu’s massage was transformative, Anoop’s technique was excellent, and John’s gym stretching sessions were spot on. The steam room was the perfect finishing touch.
