The peaceful atmosphere made for a comfortable stay, and the service quality really stood out. Staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was regular and thorough. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good service.

The location is good, and the staff were nice and helpful, but cleanliness was a real problem. There was a foul smell in the room the whole time, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, and a hair left there was never removed. The restaurant also wasn’t properly clean, and its smell put me off eating. Cigarette smoke could be smelled in the hallways despite smoking not being allowed. Breakfast was another letdown. Coffee was just cheap powder with sugar and milk, alongside tea, with no espresso or latte. The facilities needed repairs too. It wasn’t a nightmare, but I wouldn’t go back. If hotel cleanliness matters to you, I wouldn’t recommend it. The location is probably the best thing about the place.

Getting around was easy, with restaurants and shopping nearby and the metro station and Deira City Center Mall within walking distance. The team were professional, courteous, and quick to help. My stay was smooth and pleasant, and I appreciated their hospitality. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed to relax. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Because of the current war situation and rising regional tensions, I no longer felt safe traveling. I had booked in advance, and the hotel’s location close to the airport made me even more concerned. I contacted the hotel to explain the safety risks and ask for a full refund, but they told me to contact Booking.com. Booking.com then said I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I’m very disappointed. With serious security concerns affecting travelers, I expected more understanding and flexibility. It felt like neither the situation nor guests’ safety was taken into account. Be careful when booking here, since unexpected changes in your circumstances may not bring support or a refund. This experience leaves me rating the hotel very poorly.
