The gym’s air conditioning only runs on one side, and the AC in the elevator lobby is weak or not working properly. Cleanliness also seems to get little attention. I’ve complained repeatedly, but nothing changes. It’s hard to understand how this is an Emaar building in Downtown.

We told the security check-in contact, Imran, when we would arrive, but he wasn’t at the property when we got there on time. We waited in reception for the keys, and each time we called, he said he’d be there in five minutes. It took 45 minutes for him to arrive and hand them over. The management should consider replacing him with someone suited to the customer service people paid for. His name is IMRAN.

I stayed in Tower 5 in one of Elite Royal’s most beautiful apartments in Dubai. It was a fully equipped place with views of the fountain and Burj Khalifa. Ms. Cherry and her staff gave us a warm reception.

I left angry and disappointed after trying to deliver a gift bag to a resident. Receptionist Altaf was loud and rude when I explained it was a special order for a client, and initially refused to take it. When I asked for paper to write my client’s name, he made inappropriate comments about women. Later, when I asked his name, he spoke so quietly I had to ask three times. I felt he knew he’d made a mistake. His behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend living somewhere that tolerates this kind of customer service.
