The Smart Concierge - Cayan tower

Getting around Dubai is easy from here, thanks to the convenient access to major roads. Cyan Tower is in a peaceful part of Dubailand, with a calm atmosphere and well-designed apartments that have spacious layouts and plenty of natural light. There are useful amenities too, including a gym, swimming pool, and spaces for families. It feels suited to professionals as well as families, and makes for comfortable, balanced living in a growing community. I’d recommend it.

Working here was a pleasure. The building is great, the view is amazing, and the surroundings are peaceful.

The design is one of Dubai’s most distinctive, and the views are amazing. The entrance is unusual too. You can reach Marina Walk from here, and parking is available around the clock. The building has separate lifts for the upper and lower floors, plus a pool and gym on the sixth floor. Towels are accessible with your card. I think the management is okay, though they take everything for granted. A friend has lived here for four years and is very happy with both the management and the facilities. I’m doing my best to get accurate information out to people.
